Our Story

A determined team of chemical engineering majors from Drexel University will analyze chemical properties of coffee. Specifically, the pH and conductivity of coffee samples in their very own homes.   They will also evaluate coffee extraction processes and optimize a chemical process related to coffee production that can be applied to various similar materials, specifically turmeric.

The ultimate goal the team has taken on is to work together to design, build, and optimize a process to effectively extract coffee.
